Where will you run?
a) Going for consistency - a decent effort each week - a great way to build fitness and use parkrun as a training tool..
b) Going for a fast time? learn about the course, run the course, mentally practice and then go for it on one of the weeks
c) Going for parkrun tourism.... keep COVID safe, be safe, but go to a different parkrun each week. Remind yourself of the 4 walls of lockdown
