Laura Foster was sharpening up before the London Marathon with the Croydon 10k. Clearly the hundreds of miles she's done in preparation paid off as she emerged with a shiny new PB of 47:27

Club Chairman Alan Lacey, and UKnetrunner David Thompson were in Cheshire for the Wilmslow Half Marathon. Read more
