As you may, or may not know, I co-created UKnetrunner almost 10 years ago with Jeff Steed (and input from Brigitte!) and am responsible for (and proud of) the club name, logo, vest design and initial slogan.
November finally saw some colder weather, but that didn't stop UKnetrunners putting out some hot performances across the country. PB's tumbled from 5k to marathon with Pete Stockdale producing a notable 2nd place at the Luton Marathon, finally cracking sub-2:45 in the process. Read more
Pete Stockdale became the second member of his household to win one of the UKnetrunner handicap events with an impressive 1:00:59 on a tough course at the Guy Fawkes 10.
Whilst competition for second place was hotly contested between Andrew Smith, Bill Preston and Dave Smedley, Pete stole the show with a net time 10 minutes quicker than second placed Andrew. Read more
The dust has well and truly settled on September so apologies for the delayed report. The sun shone once again for the club's annual trip to the Round Norfolk Relay, but that wasn't the only bright moment of the month. Read more
The club successfully completed it's 5th Round Norfolk Relay last weekend, arriving back in King's Lynn on Sunday with a finish time of 27:42:29.
Once again the sun shone as the runners and support crew made their way around Norfolk, starting with Club Captain, Matt Dunn, at 6:30am on Saturday morning. Read more
